    Flow

    Time, Movement, Change

Photography, video and painting by artists from the research group for Land/Water and the Visual Arts,

    Plymouth University, UK

Flow references the elemental mutability of the natural world as well as shifts and developments within human history. Flow also invokes the fluidity of visual imagination leading from ideas to images.

This exhibition explores movement and the flow of time as related to land, water, seasonal change and archaeologies of place, history and memory. Working through direct observation or in more abstract mode, each artist explores visible manifestations of historical change, thereby inviting us to reflect on the implications of what we see.
